Community Design, Engagement and Participation

Community organisations, councils and housing residents are engaged in the design and roll out of all ITEC Housing developments.

How do we do this?

This is achieved through direct engagement by the Indigenous Empowerment Network (IEN) with community stakeholders and councils. IEN is a 100% indigenous owned and controlled company and are also a 100% Indigenous employer. ITEC Housing engages directly with NDIS and In-Home Aged Care providers to ensure that each and every house has assisted living supports that meet sector requirements.
